Hulk has only gotten stronger since becoming a part of the Avengers. With Thunderbolt Ross still hunting him down, he decides the only way to get even with Hulk is to create more gamma induced individuals to fight him. The two test subjects are scientist Samuel Sterns and former soldier Emilia Blonsky.
