After an accident involving gamma radiation, scientist Bruce Banner finds himself able to turn into a huge green-skinned monster whenever he is emotionally provoked or stressed, while being pursued by the United States military and comes into a conflict with a Croatian spy, Emil Blonsky, who becomes a similar but more bestial creature.
