An Optimistic, loud and hard working hotel concierge, Hugh is often at odds with Philip. Hugh is assigned to help out Elena when she first comes to the Hotel riel, teaching her the ropes and bailing her out of escapes. As he grows to care for her, he becomes even more determined to help Elena save the hotel. It is later revealed that he is the son of the owner of a farm.
