Description of The German Surgeon (Surgeon):

Johan is a client of Elite Hunting. He purchases Paxton and shows much anxiety and nervousness when faced with torturing him. He grabs a chainsaw and severs two of Paxton's fingers on his left hand, cutting his restraints as well. He then charges at Paxton but slips and severs his own leg with the chainsaw. He lies on the floor bleeding out and screaming in pain. Paxton then reaches for a handgun and shoots him in the head, killing him.
