The security guard for the mother Paulas construction site. Unlike the film, this version is much closer to the source material and portrays Delinko as slightly clumsy but still a very competent officer. He is young, eager and ambitious to get a real case. He investigates the odd happenings at the construction site which leads him to meeting Roy. Kind, understanding and eventually an ally to Roy and the group.
