Frank is the new homeowner of the McCallister home. He and his wife Katherine were sold the house by the McCallister kids closing the deal about two months prior to the events of the movie and have been getting their possessions in order to move in. If you watched the original the last name should sound familiar as Frank is the nephew of Marv though estranged and has no knowledge of the past of his Uncle (still in prison) and Kevin. Frank is a very optimistic, kind person who always believes in the best of people.
