The Gym Leader of the Deliverton Gym and the second Gym Leader faced during the Minor League. Dandy works a day job as a Flying Taximan, but he's grown tired of his field of work and hoped that becoming a successful Pokemon Trainer would allow him to retire. Unfortunately, he's struggled to burst past his firm place in the Minor League, and had to get a sponsorship from his main place of employment to keep his Gym afloat. They agreed... So long as he spent his Gym time adveritisng for his company. Guy just can't escape no matter what he does.
