Saudi Arabian sheikh who was the CEO of APRIX International, a global pharmaceutical corporation. The Sheikh set up a meeting with South African white supremacist Hendrik Schmutz, where Schmutz would trade DNA samples to the Sheikh in return for a suitcase of blood diamonds. It has been suspected that the Sheikh may have been working with clients interested in biological warfare, and perhaps cloning as well. Accompanied by his scientist, Tariq Abdul Lateef, he, Lateef, and Schmutz were assassinated by Agent 47 at the Shamal Hotel and Casino, where the trade was due to take place.
