Hime is a sophomore in high school. One day he is faced with the task of paying off a huge debt owed by his now-defunct parents. The boy has no choice but to run away from the debt collectors pursuing him. Hime is rescued by three girls from the student council - in exchange for paying his debts he has to agree to the girls' terms. From now on, he will be the "dog" of the student council, ready for their every call, and will be forced to dress up as a girl for the rest of his high school education.
