While taking part in a race with Spencer the Silver Streamlined Engine and his allies, Wilhelmina Witch, Jordan Buttsquat and Suzi, Thomas the Tank Engine and his special friends, Dorothy, Toto, Dora and Boots find two Japanese girls named Yumi and Ami, and an old abandoned steam engine named Hiro, who seem to be far from home.
