Synopsis

Down on his luck Charles Brown lost his son thanks to a gang war between Joker and Riddler. Kiteman is the butt of every joke in the villain community. He decides to unite others into a team of their own and prove to both heroes and villains that they are a force to be reckoned with.

Description of Dr. Freak (Artemis Freeker):

Dr. Freak seeks to poison the entire city with Duella’s formula after he took her under his wing, he thinks he’s manipulating her anger to his use but he realizes his mistake too late when his throat is slit by his apprentice. Turns out she just needed him to mass produce it so she could break out the criminal she personally wanted to thank for his part in killing Twoface.
