Synopsis

Eight hundred years ago, Xie Lian was the Crown Prince of the Xian Le kingdom, known by the title of the Crown Prince who Pleased the Gods, one who was beloved by his citizens and the darling of the kingdom. Unsurprisingly, he ascended to the Heavens as a martial god at a very young age. Now, eight hundred years later, Xie Lian ascends to the Heavens for the third time as the laughing stock of all three realms. On his first task as a god, he meets a mysterious demon who rules the ghosts and terrifies the Heavens... yet unbeknownst to Xie Lian, this demon king has been paying attention to him for a very, very long time.

Description of Hua Cheng (San Lang):

He is the main love interest of the story. He stands around 190 cm tall, and is sharply and dangerously handsome, being a powerful demon king. His true form is described to be extremely striking like a sharp sword, with skin white as snow and hair black as ink, and a widow's peak on his forehead. His eyes are described as being 'bright as the stars'. Commonly wearing maple-red robes, silver vambraces and black boots decorated with silver chains. Hua Cheng wore a braid on the left side of his face and an eyepatch over his right eye.
