Fan Casting Sebastian Milton in HBO's The Walking Dead

He is a resident of the Commonwealth and the son of Pamela Milton, its leader. After Rick Grimes stripped Pamela of leadership of the Commonwealth, Sebastian assassinated Rick by killing him in the hopes that his family would be in charge again, but that did not happen. He was eventually sentenced to life imprisonment for Rick's murder. Several years after Rick's death, Sebastian is remembered as a hated figure to the communities and the new world.
