Fan Casting Dwight in HBO's The Walking Dead

He is one of the original members of the Saviors who was formerly married to Sherry, until the latter decided to marry Negan for the chance of an easier life. During the war against the Saviors, Dwight acted as a double agent with the desire to dethrone Negan. Following the end of the war, Dwight became the leader of the Saviors for roughly four years before resigning and leaving the group. Later on, Dwight took charge of the Alexandrian military, becoming Rick's trusted adviser and right-hand man until his demise at the hands of Rick Grimes while attempting to assassinate Pamela Milton to take power in The Commonwealth.
