Synopsis

The Haunting of Bly Manor is an upcoming American supernatural horror drama web television series, created and directed by Mike Flanagan for Netflix, and will be loosely based on the 1898 horror novella The Turn of the Screw by Henry James. It is the follow-up series to The Haunting of Hill House. While the creative team and many of the cast of Hill House are returning for Bly Manor, the narratives of the two series will not be connected.

Danielle "Dani" Clayton is a major character in The Haunting Of Bly Manor. She is an American teacher who has moved to London and the current Governess of Bly Manor; by extension, she is the pseudo-parent and teacher to the Wingrave children, Miles and Flora.
