Synopsis

Stepping back through the doors of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the HBO Max series promises a more in-depth retelling of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. With each season staying faithful to Rowling's original books, the extended run time will provide ample opportunity to delve deeper into the rich wizarding universe. This should mean the on-screen introduction of new characters as well as exploring the depths of existing ones and unveiling plotlines that remained untold in the films. With a fresh cast of witches, wizards, and muggles, hopefully, HBO will rediscover the magic, offering a new perspective on the beloved wizarding world.

Description of Scabior:

At the height of the Second Wizarding War Scabior was a Snatcher; catching Muggle-born wizards and anyone who opposed Voldemort, in return for gold. He was a tall man with long, tangled brown hair with a red streak on one side. His skin was fair and his eyes blue/grey. At some point in his life Scabior was imprisoned in Azkaban for undisclosed crimes. Given his intimate knowledge of the Slytherin common room, it is likely he attended Hogwarts and was a member of that house.
