Synopsis

Stepping back through the doors of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the HBO Max series promises a more in-depth retelling of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. With each season staying faithful to Rowling's original books, the extended run time will provide ample opportunity to delve deeper into the rich wizarding universe. This should mean the on-screen introduction of new characters as well as exploring the depths of existing ones and unveiling plotlines that remained untold in the films. With a fresh cast of witches, wizards, and muggles, hopefully, HBO will rediscover the magic, offering a new perspective on the beloved wizarding world.

Description of Alastor Moody (Mad-Eye Moody):

He had dark grey, grizzled hair and looked as though his face was roughly carved from wood. He had suffered injuries from his long career as an Auror and his face was covered with scars, and a chunk of his nose was missing. Moody is described as having a growling voice. His most shocking feature was his eyes: one small and dark, the other, a vivid, electric blue magical eye that moved around independently from his normal eye. He also had a wooden leg that was described as having a clawed foot.
