Description of Oliver Oken:

Oliver, Miley's loyal and rock 'n' roll best friend, is the charismatic drummer for the famous band Black Diamond. Though he and Lily were once a couple in their childhood, they have both evolved and remain close friends. Constantly touring with his band, Oliver's life is a whirlwind of music and adventure, yet he makes every effort to carve out time for his friendship with Miley and Lily, cherishing their bond even amidst his chaotic rockstar lifestyle.
