Mrs. Claus is Santa's wife. Her real name is Jessica. She's the one who takes care of Santa's castle and workshop while he's away on his yearly Christmas Eve flight around the world. She lives in that same castle with her husband and one of the elves, Hermey. She's also a teacher. She has a classroom set up in a special part of the castle. She also helps to take care of the reindeer, especially during their off season. Sometimes it's hard for her, because occasionally, Hermey can be rude to her, among other things. But she also knows that love usually conquers all, even rude little elves. Mrs. Claus is the glue that keeps the North Pole family together. Nobody would've wanted it in any other way.
