Dr, Hermey Hobbs D.D.S is the North Pole's only dentist. He's also Buddy's little brother. Here's a quick summary of his backstory:When he was a little boy, he wanted to be a dentist. But there was one problem. The only job for him was making toys at Santa's castle and workshop. That was because he was a elf, just like his father Papa Elf and Buddy before him. So, he and his best friend, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, who was also made fun of because of his red nose, decided to run away from home. After they teamed up and saved Christmas from a baby Bumble with a toothache and a big snowstorm, everyone saw that misfits had a place in society too. Today, Hermey is all grown up. He has a wife named Dolly and four kids named Iggy, Karen, Holly and Happy. He has a dentist's office where he works with his sister in law, Jovie, who's also the secretary. Ever since that fateful Christmas Eve, people can thank Hermey for being who he is.
