After Laurie Strode, along with her daughter Karen and granddaughter Allyson, trapped Michael Myers in the burning basement of Laurie's home, Laurie heads to the hospital to tend to life-threatening injuries. Unfortunately, Michael is able to free himself from the burning house to continue his killing spree. Laurie fights to bring all of Haddonfield together, despite her ongoing pain, to battle this seemingly unstoppable fiend. Other survivors of the initial rampage join up with the Strode family to take care of Michael once and for all.
