Four years after going on a killing spree during Halloween of 2018, Michael Myers has vanished and Laurie Strode, now living with her granddaughter Allyson, has decided to finally stop living in the shadow of her fear of the Shape and move on with her life, now able to finish writing her personal memoir. But when Michael makes his return and as the bodies start to once again pile up, Laurie is soon driven to finally finish off the man who has haunted her for 44 years.
