Synopsis

I used to watch to original as a kid but decided to come up with my own take of a reboot concept. I included a new original character that ties into their powers and reveal secrets from the past. 3 girls attending college in Australia explore Mako Island for artifacts where unbeknownst to them discover a crystal grotto that gives them the ability to turn into mermaids. Alongside discovering their powers, they also awaken an amnestic ancient warrior trying to discover his past while helping out his new friends.

Description of Byron:

Like Emma, Byron faced an injury to his leg that affected his swimming. Despite the limited guidance from Emma, he tries to make the best of it. Eventually learning of Emma's secret and with promises made, he properly trains with her and makes a full recovery. When offered to do a tour he thanks Emma for her help.
