Rose Hovick had long envisioned herself as a star, to perform on stage as a vaudeville performer on the circuit, but according to her “I was born too soon and started too late.” She then turns to her daughters, her “adorable and talented” younger daughter June and her “plain and lackluster” eldest daughter Louise.
