Natalie can at first seem to be cold and distant from others, often hanging out with her "clique" and spending more time on her phone than talking to others. However, she is shown to be very brave, considerate and protective, as well as able to think very quickly when the situation calls for it. She has a heroic side, hoping to be able to help others, and is intrigued by the mystery of the Greystone children, involving herself in it and trying to think up different solutions and suggestions to what could be happening in their lives. She is also very tech-savvy, able to break into Kate Greystone's phone and is very useful on her computer.
