after being sent to OA, Hal Jordan continues his life as an "intergalative policeman" for a while, and John Stewart, a friend of Hal Jordan ends up becoming a lantern, and with him Guy Gardner becomes a new human green lantern of the sector 2814, and this time Hal, John and Guy alongside the rest of the green lanterns troop, they need to face the yellow lanterns troop, also known as Sinestro troop, and the leader of this troop is Sinestro who after being defeated by Hal came back for revenge, but now he's not alone anymore.
