Description of Volthoom (Jack Rami):
Once upon a time there was a young physicist named Jack Rami who dreamed about going through space so he created the Spectrum Ring eventually he found ways to go through time and eventually became known as Volthoom The "God of Light" his Arch Nemesis: Resse Jordan also known as Starheart (after the power that fueled Alan Scott's ring) was the one who made him realize that synthetic emotional spectrum energy would be inferior, this made him mad so one of the times they fought Volthoom killed Alan Scott right in front of Reese and planned to get natural Emotional spectrum energy to go back in time and truly become "The First Lantern"
