Description of Black Hand (William Hand):
William Handerson "Hand" is the Main antagonist of Season 2 he comes from earth 2 and is/was a part of Zoom's team before William died when he returned he found out the news about what happened to Zoom being taken by the Time Wraiths of the Speed Force and has sworn to take vengeance and lay waste on earth 1 by finding the one responsible for the death of Zoom, Barry Allen Aka The Flash, just like Zoom he took the identity of an adversary whom he brought to the Land of The Dead "Alan Scott" and will pretend to be Hal Jordan's Ally
