In the year 2042, due to the rise in sea level, the world's coastal population migrated to drier regions for their survival, thus causing the overpopulation of countless countries. Unable to contain crime due to overpopulation in cities, the UN creates a surveillance system where bounty hunters called Reapers help local governments that have fragmented. In this context, two men, Parker D. Ward and Flynn G. Bonham, appear. Who patrol the city of New Amsterdam (Old New York). And they face the chaos that has been established in society, trying to get their daily bread and forget the ghosts of the past.
