Everyone knows that Oliver Queen is Green Arrow after the latter was arrested. Despite protests from the Justice League, the Emerald Archer is sent to the super-prison of Belle Reve, Louisinanne, under the watchful eye of cruel Amanda Waller. There, he will have to unite with some of the most dangerous super-villains being locked up there, in order to get out, knowing that what happened to him could happen to other heroes.
