Fan Casting “The Lost Monarch” in Green Arrow Begins

Prince Ludwig of Darkastle ascended to the throne in 1864 after his parents disappeared after mysterious circumstances. Soon thereafter he emptied the Royal treasury, transforming the castle into an impenetrable fortress with secret passageways and dark chambers. Believing him to be ruthless and insane, his advisers planned to overthrow him. But in a twist, Ludwig threw a lavish winter festival, hosting his guests with a tour around his castle in golden sleighs, but that night, a powerful blizzard descended upon the grounds of the castle and the next morning, the sleighs were found empty, and Count Ludwig was never seen again. Now the castle stands, frozen in time.
