Meanwhile, a mysterious archer is looking to kill Oliver Queen for his past mistakes at any cost, as well as Ollie feeling the hefty burden of being Green Arrow, Oliver Queen the billionaire, and Oliver Queen the activist. As well as Black Canary going through her own struggles. But whatever happens, they will confront it together.
