Can Green Arrow, Black Canary and their team save the city or is it too late? Mid Credit Scene:- After Prometheus Destroyed Star City with Explosions Roy lost his arm and his daughter, a man walks in to Roy’s hospital room with a brief case and he opens it up and we see a robotic arm with “Project Arsenal” wrote on it. End Credit Scene:- Amanda Waller And her right hand Etta Candy go visit Oliver after he’s arrested for murdering Prometheus and she offers Oliver time out of prison if he helps her on some more missions for Task Force X.
