Description of Lance Vance:

The younger brother of Victor Vance who later joined him in his criminal activities. Two years later, his brother was killed by men hired by Ricardo Diaz during a drug deal. Lance joined forces with Tommy Vercetti to find the truth behind the attack and killed Ricardo Diaz. Lance later became Tommy's second in command only to betray him and be killed by him.
