Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
The story focuses on the adventure of the Grand Chase group originally by Elesis, Lire, and Arme, who depart from the region of Bermesiah to hunt down the sorceress Kaze'aze who was the cause of a civil war between two kingdoms, Serdin and Kanavan.
