Ozai is the cruel, cold-hearted, and tyrannical ruler of the Fire Nation who holds no value for anyone or anything except for power alone. He believes that the weak serve the strong and sees virtues such as mercy, kindness, and peace as weaknesses. Ozai cares very little for the people around him, seeing everybody as nothing more than tools, even his own family. Ozai will seek to rule the world even if it means bathing it in fire, and the Avatars must to everything in ther power to stop him.
