The Gotham Knights is a vigilante team operating in Gotham City. It was founded by Bruce Wayne to help in his crusade to save his city. Upon his death, Batman initiated Code Black, entrusting them to keep Gotham City safe in his stead. The group's original base of operations was the Batcave under Wayne Manor. Following its destruction, they moved to the Belfry.
