Twenty years after the deaths of Batman and the Joker, military man Jason White returns to Gotham City for the first time since he was born, quickly joining into the less-than-legal employment under Oswald "The Penguin" Cobblepot. But Jason isn't a henchman, and he's not an extra in somebody else's movie--he's the star of the show, and Gotham is going to learn that quickly.
