Synopsis

A major terrorist attack took place in Gotham City, the main suspect Joker is on the run, chased by Batman and the GCPD. In parallel Jack Cross, anti-terrorist mercenary is hired by Amanda Waller in order to flush out and eliminate the Clown once and for all. Meanwhile, Barton Mathis "The Dollmaker" a psycopathic and extremely violent serial killer escaped from Arkham Asylum, with the help of Dr Hugo Strange in order to set a trap to the Batman. The Joker is a master criminal with a clown-like appearance, and is considered one of the most infamous criminals within Gotham City. It's a violent sociopath who murders people for his own amusement. He is the prime suspect in the attacks on the Gotham City FBI, ATF and DEA offices.
