Synopsis

A major terrorist attack took place in Gotham City, the main suspect Joker is on the run, chased by Batman and the GCPD. In parallel Jack Cross, anti-terrorist mercenary is hired by Amanda Waller in order to flush out and eliminate the Clown once and for all. Meanwhile, Barton Mathis "The Dollmaker" a psycopathic and extremely violent serial killer escaped from Arkham Asylum, with the help of Dr Hugo Strange in order to set a trap to the Batman. Description of Harvey Dent (Two-Face):

Harvey Dent was Gotham City's amiable and courteous district attorney and one of Batman's strongest allies until Sal "Boss" Maroni threw acid in his face, hideously scarring him. It also fractured his mental state, causing him to become Two-Face, a schizoid criminal mastermind obsessed with duality and the number two and is one of Batman's greatest enemies.
