Description of Grady Ballard:
Grady is in his early 30s. He moved back to the Buffalo area 2 years ago to be close to his sick mother. He works in Customer Service. He's charismatic and works well with people, but doesn't necessarily love the business side of his role. So, as the branch closes, he doesn't have specific plans, he'll just be looking for work in the area. He loves the Buffalo Bills, watching movies, and having fun at work. He's one of the more steady, optimistic presences in the office during this crisis.
