She was born and raised in Buffalo and her family still lives in town. She's conflicted as she considers her future... She has aspirations that are bigger than Buffalo, but she's also been hiding ever-growing feelings for Grady, who has been her favorite part of working at Dunder Mifflin. This internal tension drives much of the series. Does she tell Grady about her feelings? Is it too late or is it just the right time? What if he feels the same way?
