Victor "Vinnie" Moretti is the anti-antagonist of Golden States, The head and Crime Boss of the Russian-Italian-Spanish-Mexican-American crime family. He helps Michael to assist him as a therapist from having problems with his family and job. He is inspired by the Italian-American crime boss of the titular show, Tony Soprano from The Sopranos.
