Fan Casting General Kenji in Godzillla vs Ghost Godzilla

General Kenji is one of the human protagonists. He is somewhat cynical, and hates Godzilla for everything he's done (namely him unknowingly killing his family). He is the leader of a secret government project, that launches nuclear missiles at Godzilla, though he targets at the bottom of the ocean, resulting in the accidental birth of Ghost Godzilla. He tries to correct this mistake by teaming up with the newly hired Akio and his sister.
