Godzilla/TMNT took place since after IDW Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Issue #150 were Armaggon still stuck in the present day, and Alopex lost her new home to Armaggon and forced her into rejoining the Splinter Clan and lived with TMNT since after she left during Armageddon Game, and the Turtles are given her a chance to be part of their clan again.
