Synopsis

after the events of King Kong vs Godzilla, a strange meteorite crashed into the Amazon Rainforest as a mysterious creature emerges and begins to be infused and absorbed with several monster cells and becoming a creature known as Orga and meanwhile a scientist decides to experiment using Godzilla blood cells and plant cells to create a plant bioweapon monster and it all goes awry as both creatures begin terrorising and attacking the Amazon and parts of the globe too and now Godzilla has to go stop these two before it's too late. the EDF initiates their Mecha known as Jet Jaguar to join in to help

Description of "Project G" (Post End Credits):

meanwhile several disgruntled JDF soldiers as well several BioMajor and Apex workers who survived both the Biollante and Mechagodzilla attacks and even several Godzilla attacks before respectively decided to ban together over the unity over their hatred against Godzilla, leading the charge is both Harou Sakaki and Goro Maki the latter is recording a video diary for his project with Harou's help detailing about his discoveries using the blood cells of Godzilla dubbed as G-Cells from Boston as well his somewhat isolated experiment revealing a cryogenic tube of a creature that was discovered in Japan that it turns out to be a strange tadepole frilled shark like creature.
