Returning to the fundamentals of the character as Matt Reeves’ The Batman did with it’s hard boiled detective narrative, The Superman sees Clark Kent and Lois Lane working together as intrepid reporters tasked with exposing Lex Luthor’s shady business dealings, manipulation of public servants and his many mad science experiments which have endangered the lives of the citizens of Metropolis.
