Haruka Haruno is a 13 year old girl attending a boarding school known as Noble Academy. Ever since she was a little girl, it’s been her dream to become a princess, like those in fairy tales. As a girl, Haruka met Prince Kanata of the Hope Kingdom, who gave her one of the mystical Dress Up Keys. Now at this point in Haruka’s life, she is now a student at Noble Academy, and she now has the ability to transform into Cure Flora, one of the three Princess Pretty Cure. With the assistance of student council president Minami Kaido/Cure Mermaid and fashion model Kirara Amanogawa/Cure Twinkle, they face against the evil forces of DysDark, who intend to turn peoples’ dreams into their worst nightmares.
