Synopsis

4 years after she was defeated and betrayed by Yuri and Junko, Nanno feels really helpless and powerless in taking them down. But after finding out they have nearly taken over the world as the tyrants, Nanno is joined by her angelic adoptive sister Vesper and her boyfriend TK in order to stop them before it's too late and the world ends.

Description of Neo:

Neo is an Foreign exchange “student” but an American version of Nanno. For he does have the same abilities as Nanno as he only uses his abilities to those who torture or harass him. His victims will be temporarily tortured in a “hallucination” like state involving their loved ones repeatedly until the victims only fear is Neo Himself.
