Kate Leone really died at age 14 in the March 25, 1911 NYC Triangle Shirtwaist fire - the youngest of the 146 workers who died that sad day. Kate was born in the United States, of Catholic, Italian immigrant parents. In my movie, she *still* exists as a 14 - 16 year old ghost. The Ghostbusters, who help *everyone* in need, really help Kate progress from her trauma. Kate *also* appears in my Ghostbusters (2023) fan fiction film, where she's about the same age as established character Phoebe Spangler. I need Kate to look "ethnic" = darker complexion - as someone of Italian heritage would look.
